A little outside of Madrid, there is a beautiful mountainous city called Cuenca. This historic walled town is perched on limestones. If you are planning a trip to Madrid soon, take a day and visit this town and get lost in the cobbled streets and learn about the history of the medieval castle ruins. The casas colgadas (the hanging houses - what Cuenca is mostly known for) are the highlight of the city which are seemingly hanging of the cliffs’ edges.
You can get the most of Cuenca by strolling around and admiring the local vibe in just a few hours.
I am not going to bore you with more details, so for now wander away and get lost in the magic of Cuenca through my lens.
